It's cool that Mitchell's let the kids go and pick and enjoy the taste of fresh fruit right from the tree! I love this time of year and the memories you're making with those cuties will have them loving it too! Enjoy the bounty! (and the pie!)
Your posts reminds me of my kids when we used to pick apples from the orchards. Now they are adults. So enjoy them and cherish them. This age goes by very fast.
Picking apples is the BEST! I love me some fall, especially with kids. It looks like you guys had a blast. I wish I could have tried a bite of that pie you made! Unfortunately, we had a bad frost in the Spring and we had flooding, so our apple season was cut short this year, but we still had fun with the other apple orchard activities.
